We review calls for proposals and match them against your organization's specific needs. So for the same call, each organization gets its own conclusion: can it lead, why, and what to prepare. Each conclusion quotes the exact eligibility sentence from the funder's official page.

Illustrative example: the call, funder and organizations have been changed. With a real account, conclusions are based on the profile you declare and on quotes from each call's official page.
Many grant-finding tools are one shared database: everyone gets the same long list and filters it themselves. GrantAIlor works the other way round: it tailors the list to each organization. We read each call's eligibility, compare it with your organization profile, and also follow domestic sources that international databases often miss.
Every call is classified by country and organization type (public university, research institute, local NGO, social enterprise, individual…), based on the eligibility stated on the official page. Calls not open to your country or organization type are hidden; calls you can only join as a partner are marked as such, not mixed with calls you can lead.
Beyond international funds, GrantAIlor follows calls for proposals and commissioned research from ministries, national funds and programmes, and bilateral cooperation calls. In bilateral calls the Vietnamese-side deadline is often earlier than the foreign partner's, and GrantAIlor records each milestone separately.
Vietnamese sources are read in Vietnamese, English sources in English, and the interface is available in Vietnamese and English. Deadlines are shown in the funder's own time and time zone, with registration, concept note and full proposal milestones. Each country has its own set of sources and rules: starting with Vietnam, now expanding to the Philippines, Laos and Cambodia.
Describe your organization's fields and the research or project ideas you are developing. Each call gets a fit score out of 100 with concrete reasons: eligibility, field, topic and the preparation time left. You see why a call is suggested, not just that it contains a keyword.
Each faculty, office or team receives the calls in its own fields through notifications and a weekly digest, instead of one list for the whole institution. You can discuss each call internally, and see which partners you already have an MOU with for a joint application.
Every call is checked by a reviewer against the funder's official page, with quotes for the deadline and eligibility. Aggregator sites are used only for discovery, never as the source. If a call is changed or withdrawn, you get a correction.
Every Monday morning, subscribed organizations receive a concise one-page report: what is new, what is closing soon and what has changed, split by the units that receive it.
