Terms of service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms apply to the GrantAIlor website and service provided by the operator of GrantAIlor. If your organization has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs.
1. The service
GrantAIlor monitors funders' official pages, verifies grant calls, classifies who can apply, scores how well each call fits your organization and its ideas, and sends notifications and reports. The service does not include writing grant applications.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created for an organization or an individual. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- The organization is responsible for the users it invites and for the information it enters in its profile.
3. Information is for reference
GrantAIlor compiles information from funders' pages for reference. It is not legal advice and does not confirm eligibility. Deadlines, conditions and amounts must be checked against the funder's official page before applying. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free, and we are not responsible for funders' selection decisions.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not share accounts outside your organization, or resell or republish the call list in bulk.
- Do not scrape the service automatically, attempt to access other organizations' data, or interfere with the system.
5. Ownership
Call content belongs to the respective funders; GrantAIlor links to their official pages. The classification, scoring, reports and interface belong to the operator of GrantAIlor. Your organization's data belongs to your organization.
6. Fees and trials
Fees and service periods follow the quotation or agreement between the parties. Trials are free for the agreed period and require no payment card.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect the system. When the service ends, the organization can export its data before deletion.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of GrantAIlor is not liable for indirect losses, including a missed deadline or an unsuccessful application. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through negotiation.
10. Changes
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page and notify customer organizations of significant changes in advance.
